“I will always remember my first speech modification class, almost 2 years ago, when I was embarrassed to open my mouth. I was scared I was going to be judged but Susan immediately gave me the confidence I needed. She told me that my speech pattern wasn’t going to change overnight but that if I was patient and worked hard, results would start happening.
And she was right. Susan helped me to believe in myself, showing her passion in every speech improvement class and encouraging me to be better. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude. Susan changed my life.
